Returns & exchanges policy

We don't accept returns or cancellations for custom or personalized orders.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, contact us within: 3 days of delivery, ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for a deduction from the refund.

What is the processing time?

We take between 2-5 business days to create our items. A majority of our items are shipped within 3 business days. Please note, this may change during peak season.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Wholesale availability

We offer special discount for bulk orders. Please contact us with details and we'll get the great price for you/your company.

Custom and personalized orders

Buyers can request custom order or add their custom text or design in "Add a note to …" section when check out. If you order 3+ items, we can design proofs for you to preview before printing/customizing your orders. Please note, there is NO return/exchange for custom/personalized items.
